Before You Write

LoansForChristmas is a lender-matching service, not a lender. That shapes what we can help with. We can explain how the request form works, help with your privacy and do-not-sell choices, pass along an opt-out, and fix anything on the site that isn't working.

We can't approve or decline a request, change the terms of an offer, or look up an account you hold with a lender. If your question is about a payment, a balance or a loan you've already accepted, the lender named in your loan agreement is the right place to ask, and usually the quickest way to an answer.

We don't run a phone line. Keeping everything in writing means you get an answer you can save, and we can look into the details properly before we reply. We aim to answer within one business day.

Quick Answers

I'm getting calls or texts from lenders.

When you send a request, you agree that lenders and partners in our network may contact you about it. To stop, reply STOP to any text, ask to be removed on a call, or write to us with the form above and we'll pass your opt-out along.

Can you delete my information?

Yes. Use the Your Privacy Choices page or write to us with the email address you used. Lenders who already received your request handle deletion under their own policies, so you may need to ask them too.

Do you work with advertisers?

Yes. If you reached us through an ad or a partner site, that partner may be paid when a request is sent. It doesn't change what you pay a lender. Our Disclosures explain how this works.
